Child Support in Missouri is calculated by what is known as “Form 14”. This Form takes into account a number of factors to determine the amount of support that should be paid by either parent. These factors include the monthly income of both parents, the number of children, other expenses such as child care and health care expenses, and the number of overnight stays that the child has with each parent. There is a standard amount that the parent paying support should pay based on all of these factors. This amount is then presumed appropriate unless rebutted as unjust or inappropriate.
